A Little About Me…

I am a Professional Life Coach and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  I have a passion for helping people live life to the fullest.  It is my desire to partner with people in authentic relationships to assist them in living out their dreams and goals in practical ways on a daily basis.  I strongly believe in family and the power of community, living authentically and walking closely in relationship with one another.

My formal training includes a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2001 and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming.  I have completed a Professional Life Coach Certification through Christian Coach Institute.  I have professional experience as a Mental Health Counselor in private practice, residential treatment, psychiatric hospitals, and vocational rehabilitation settings.  Additionally, I have worked as a college adviser and I teach College Success courses at our local community college.

Family is one of my top core values and I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and three amazing children.  I have a passion for strong marriages and I believe strong, healthy families are key to healthy communities.

I enjoy nature and the mountains immensely.  I am an avid runner and I also enjoy cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and hiking.  I love to read, write, teach, and encourage.  Most of all, I love spending time with my husband and kids.
